Role Description
This is a full-time or part time role for a Lead Gardener at Island Inspired Landscaping located in Pacifica, CA. The Lead Gardener will be responsible for landscape maintenance, gardening, landscaping, irrigation, and garden design tasks. When additional employees are hired in the future, the Lead Gardener will be responsible for supervising and orienting them to the job in order to build a close knit and reliable team.
Qualifications
- Landscape Maintenance and Gardening skills
- Landscaping and Garden Design skills
- Experience in irrigation systems
- Knowledge of horticultural practices
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
- Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus
- Experience in project management
- Must have own truck
