Job Profile Description
As a Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Functional Consultant, you will bridge IT capability and business expectations on Microsoft Dynamics projects. You will lead a team of functional consultants, collaborating with clients to design and implement solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, delivering value to clients and their customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities to leverage platform features
- Balancing customization benefits and risks
- Recommending optimal approaches to support client needs
- Supporting discovery workshops, creating functional designs, configuring solutions, testing, data migration, training, and implementation support.
You will lead larger teams within complex projects, managing priorities, tasks, and resources, and fostering relationships across disciplines to ensure project success.
People Development: Manage and coach staff, focusing on performance, career growth, wellbeing, and inclusion. Promote a positive, professional, and collaborative team environment that encourages development and satisfaction.
Minimum (Essential) Requirements
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform: Proficiency in products like Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Field Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Power BI.
- Familiarity with Related Technologies: Knowledge of integrating Microsoft products such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
- End-to-End Implementation Experience: Experience in large/more complex projects covering requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, data migration, and reporting.
- Solution Design Influence: Ability to create and influence solution designs with a configuration-first approach, minimizing customization.
- Demonstration of Out-of-the-Box Functionality: Ability to showcase core functionalities to stakeholders.
- Workflow Design and Implementation: Skilled in designing workflows and automations using Power Automate.
- Pre-sales Support: Experience in responding to ITTs, RFPs, RFQs, and supporting sales efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, eliciting and prioritizing requirements, and delivering effective communication and influence.
