What You'll Contribute: - Work collaboratively within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain comprehensive technical solutions using full-stack development technologies.
- Stay inspired by the latest tech trends, engage in experimenting with new technologies, and contribute to internal and external technology communities while mentoring peers.
- Team up with digital product managers to create robust cloud-based solutions that provide impactful experiences, empowering millions of Americans financially.
- Utilize a variety of programming languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go; collaborate with various database systems, and leverage Container Orchestration services such as Docker and Kubernetes alongside a range of AWS tools and services.
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree.
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience (Internship experience does not count).
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- 1+ years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
- 3+ years of experience in open source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience practicing Agile methodologies.

The position is based in Chicago, IL, with a salary range of $144,200 - $164,600 for Senior Software Engineers. Candidates in other locations will be subject to local salary ranges. Performance-based incentives may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
