Key Responsibilities - Take full ownership of frontend development from conception to deployment, establishing best practices and architectural guidelines.
- Proactively lead and execute UX/UI design, ensuring that our interfaces remain intuitive and visually consistent.
- Create and enhance responsive, accessible, high-performance web applications.
- Collaborate closely with backend teams to design and implement efficient APIs.

Candidate Qualifications - Over 10 years of frontend development experience, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and frontend architecture.
- Strong UX/UI design skills, with a background in executing design independently.
- Experience in state management, CI/CD, and modern frontend best practices.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Background in healthcare, biotech, or privacy-focused applications (knowledge of HIPAA is a plus).
- Exceptional communication abilities and a talent for cross-functional collaboration.
- A proven history of mentoring engineers and leading small teams effectively.
