Full Stack Software Engineer to join us in revolutionizing our approach to technology.
Your Role: - Collaborate within Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support innovative technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging tech trends, engaging in new technologies, and contributing to both internal and external tech communities. Mentor fellow engineers to foster growth within the team.
- Work closely with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans in their financial journeys.
- Utilize programming languages including JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go. Experience with Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, as well as Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, is essential, along with familiarity with a variety of AWS tools and services.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software engineering (internship experience does not apply).
Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with languages such as JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.
- 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or similar.
- 3+ years of experience working with open source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies.

The annual salary range for this role is as follows:
- McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000 for Senior Software Engineer
- Richmond, VA: $144,200 - $164,600 for Senior Software Engineer
The specific salary offered will be presented in the candidate's offer letter based on the location of employment.
This role is also eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
