What You'll Do: - Collaborate closely with a skilled team of developers experienced in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Engage in software development for Front End Applications utilizing a test-driven development approach.
- Take ownership of the technical design and implementation of cross-functional applications across various platforms.
- Stay ahead of technology trends and enhance your skills by experimenting with new technologies, contributing to tech communities, and mentoring fellow engineers.
- Work with product managers to develop robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of Americans towards financial success.
- Utilize your expertise in programming languages such as JavaScript (with frameworks like Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and Java, while also working with RESTful services and ensuring compatibility across devices and browsers.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internship experience).
Preferred Qualifications: - Over 5 years of experience with JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java.
- At least 1 year of experience with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- 3+ years of experience working with open source frameworks.
- At least 2 years of experience utilizing Agile methodologies.

The salary for this role ranges from $144,200 to $164,600 for Senior Software Engineer roles in Richmond, VA. Actual salaries for other locations may vary, and the offer letter will specify the salary offered.
This role may include performance-based compensation such as bonuses or long-term incentives.
