Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to leadership, providing strategic financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting support.

  • Own full P&L financial support for key business units, including period-end close and variance analysis.

  • Develop and maintain KPIs that measure performance and track key business initiatives.

  • Lead complex financial modeling efforts to support new projects, initiatives, and investments.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that help drive profitability and operational improvements.

  • Leverage data tools and systems to streamline financial reporting and enhance forecasting accuracy.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and marketing to align financial goals with business strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in a multi-unit or complex environment.

  • Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and tools such as Power BI.

  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Proven ability to translate data into business insights and action.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across departments.

  • High degree of initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
