As a Lead Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and guidance for our key technologies, platforms, and capabilities. This role is situated within the Network Transformation organization, focusing on driving strategy and best practices related to our enterprise network while partnering with teams from Cyber, Cloud, and Software Engineering. Proficiency in technologies such as Local Area Networks, Cloud Networks, BGP, SD-WAN, VxLAN, and Wi-Fi, along with software tools like Ansible and Python, will equip you for success.

Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 7 years of experience in Software Development or Engineering using DevOps tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- At least 7 years of experience in Network Engineering focused on designing and implementing large, multi-site networks.
- At least 5 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Development.
- 10+ years of coding experience in languages such as Java, Python, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Swift.
- 10+ years focused on Networking technologies (BGP, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, Cloud Networking, Data Center Networking).
- 10+ years in the full lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture and production support.
- 7+ years in building distributed systems and highly available services using cloud computing services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- 3+ years of experience with IPv6 implementation in the Cloud.

McLean, VA: $263,900 - $301,200 for Lead Engineer
Plano, TX: $239,900 - $273,800 for Lead Engineer
Richmond, VA: $239,900 - $273,800 for Lead Engineer
