As a Lead Engineer for Compiler Optimization, you will oversee the entire AI technology stack, driving the creation of software that meets outstanding performance and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

Compiler Optimization Strategy & Development
  • Craft and implement the strategic roadmap for compiler optimization by identifying pivotal technology trends and challenges within the semiconductor industry.
  • Lead the research and design of AI-driven compiler technologies to enhance performance, power efficiency, and area optimization for our semiconductor products.
  • Collaborate with architecture, design, and software engineering teams to seamlessly integrate compiler AI solutions into the product development pipeline.
Hardware and Software Co-Development
  • Encourage collaboration among hardware and software engineering teams to achieve seamless integration and optimization of compiler AI solutions with semiconductor designs.
  • Establish co-design methodologies and workflows that facilitate close cooperation between hardware and software groups.
  • Lead initiatives for co-developing hardware and software prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and reference designs that demonstrate the capabilities and advantages of AI-driven compiler technologies in real-world semiconductor applications.
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with PyTorch is critical.
  • Experience in leading and building teams of compiler engineers for Machine Learning applications.
  • In-depth understanding of machine learning, deep learning, compilers, and relevant AI algorithms.
  • A passion for innovation and a strong commitment to developing AI ethically and responsibly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing technical teams.
