Electromechanical Technician - 3rd Shift

We're looking for an experienced Electromechanical Technician to join our team on 3rd shift. This role involves performing major electrical repairs, troubleshooting issues, and keeping machinery and facility equipment in top working condition. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform major electrical repairs and installations
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently
Maintain and repair production machinery and facility systems
Respond to emergency repair needs as required
Execute preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule
Fabricate and design custom items based on work orders or team requests
Perform general maintenance work including plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks
Complete painting, groundskeeping, and facility upkeep
Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders
Support equipment installations and custom part fabrication
Order and organize tools and supplies; coordinate with vendors
Assist in training other team members on maintenance best practices
Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management

Qualifications:
High School Diploma required
Technical degree in Electro-Mechanical field or equivalent experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints
Familiar with the operation of tools including drills, saws, mills, grinders, and welders
Must be able to work on a rotating or night shift
Comfortable working around moving machinery and within a team environment
Must be safety-focused and alert at all times
Ability to work weekends and overtime based on business needs
