Lead Electrical Systems Engineer to spearhead the development of cutting-edge power and control systems for aerospace and satellite platforms. Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire lifecycle of power electronics development for aerospace and satellite projects, from concept to production.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, RF, and software engineers, to ensure optimal integrated system performance and compliance.

- Manage schematic capture, PCB layout, and the specification of custom magnetics.

Qualifications and Skills: - A minimum of 10 years' professional experience in designing mission-critical electronic systems.
- In-depth knowledge of switched-mode power supplies and various converter topologies (e.g., Buck, Boost, Flyback, Full-Bridge).
- Hands-on experience with mixed-signal circuitry and microcontroller interfaces (I2C, SPI, ADC/DAC).
- Proficient in Python or C/C for hardware interfacing and control scripting.
- Skilled in Altium Designer or similar design tools for schematic entry and board layout.
- Proven ability to make architectural trade-offs focused on reliability, cost, and size reduction.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially in lab environments.
