Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer with expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS to assist with migrating from legacy contact center systems to Amazon Connect.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex contact center solutions using the Amazon Connect platform.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions utilizing Amazon Connect features, including IVR/contact flows, queues, agents, and integrations.
- Develop custom integrations with CRM systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow), ERP systems, and other business applications.
- Optimize contact center performance by analyzing data, identifying bottlenecks, and improving call handling times to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Configure and manage Amazon Connect features, including voice and chat capabilities, speech recognition, text-to-speech, and outbound dialing.
- Stay updated on the latest Amazon Connect features and contact center technologies.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Amazon Connect and its integrations.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in contact center technologies and cloud architecture.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS.
- 2+ years of experience using Terraform.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing complex contact flows, including advanced routing logic, speech recognition, and text-to-speech using AWS LEX bots, Polly, etc.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect integrations with AWS services like Lambda, SQS, SNS, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Boot.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., AWS RDS, DynamoDB).
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (Terraform, Jenkins, Git).
- Understanding of security protocols and systems (e.g., IAM, SAML, SSO) and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, PII, HIPAA).
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with Genesys On-Premises contact center systems.
- Experience with contact center and cloud migrations.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies (e.g., AWS Transcribe, Bedrock, Comprehend, Sagemaker).
