Job Description
Join one of the top Healthcare systems in the United States. In effort to improve patient care and efficiency, our Healthcare client is rolling out practices and assisting end-users in becoming familiar with technology transitions.
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead a team of 5-7 deployment technicians in deploying new hardware, including laptops and desktops, into the environment. Deployment Leads will also deploy hardware as needed. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing project execution, assigning tasks, ensuring technical quality, resolving conflicts, fostering collaboration, and communicating effectively with both the team and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Essentially, Deployment Leads act as a bridge between technical teams and project management to ensure smooth operations.
Duties
Lead and support a team of 5-7 deployment technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to project goals.
Delegate tasks based on individual strengths and provide technical guidance.
Motivate and coach team members, addressing conflicts and promoting positive working relationships.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide updates.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Act as a point of contact for technical inquiries and ensure clear communication between team members and stakeholders.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and identify potential risks.
Identify and resolve technical issues before deployment.
Coordinate with the imaging team for seamless integration of imaged devices.
Ensure project timelines are met by coordinating with project managers and other IT staff.
Maintain detailed records of deployment activities and ensure all devices meet security and compliance standards.
Perform additional desktop technician duties as required throughout the project lifecycle.
Additional
Proven experience as a PC Technician or similar role, with leadership experience.
Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience.
CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware setup.
Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
Work Environment
Onsite, healthcare.
Will be interacting with healthcare staff.
Ability to be on feet all day.
Need to be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Must have reliable Transportation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
