Description:

The HR Strategy and Transformation Digital Enablement team implements core, organization-wide Talent applications that support key Talent strategies and processes. Technology solutions are implemented or updated to provide an enhanced experience to our professionals and to help drive operational efficiency and effective improvements across Talent.
We're looking for an individual to support the Digital Enablement team aligned to Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) technology.

• Support the Digital Enablement Manager with Contingent Workforce Management projects.

• Project PMO work includes: maintaining project plans, actions, and decisions, issue tracking and escalation and coordinating with Vendor, Talent and ITS team members as appropriate and understanding when to escalate and to whom.

• Serve as an expert on configurations and application capabilities, and partner with stakeholders and ITS to prioritize requests based on business needs.

• Provide support and address technology questions and issues for stakeholders, working with offshore support team, ITS and Vendor to resolve issues and defects.

• Leverage collaboration platforms and mailboxes to ensure structure and access to communications, materials and documents for all team members.

• Assist a Client Manager with change control process, governance, and release management and testing.

• Organize bi-monthly calls with key stakeholder groups

• Participate in governance, ITS, vendor, and stakeholder meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience

• Background and experience with project management support to implement new Talent systems and processes, from ideation thru deployment phases

• Problem solving skills and consultative approach with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices

• Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors

• Works well in a dynamic, complex, client- and team-focused environment within minimal oversight and an agile mindset

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Excited by prospect of working in a developing, ambiguous, challenging situation

• Experience with vendor management technology, SAP Fieldglass preferred

• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)

• Knowledge of the professional services industry is preferred

Additional Details For Role

• The role will support the operations and maintenance of our current Deployment applications (Talent Marketplace, STAFFIT and MyGigs).

• The role will require quick understanding of our applications (i.e., data, integrations, etc.).

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills are required.
