Lead Dentist

Seeking a Lead Dentist to mentor clinical staff, oversee quality care, and drive practice performance across multiple locations.

•  Responsibilities include hiring, training, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews for dentists, hygienists, and assistants.

•  Require 6+ years post-grad experience, DDS/DMD, state license, CPR/BLS certification, and leadership skills.
