Your Mission:

Assist the doctor during procedures with four-handed dentistry

Perform expanded duties per Florida Board of Dentistry regulations

Document all clinical notes into Open Dental

Manage sterilization of instruments & maintain a spotless workspace

Capture X-rays to assist in diagnostics

Ensure patient trays are prepped before appointments

Oversee inventory & ordering of dental supplies

Assist specialists during advanced treatments

Maintain dental equipment, including operatory chairs

Ensure patients feel comfortable, attended to, and VIP every visit

Support cleanliness & organization throughout the office

Contribute to the continued success & innovation of our practice


Your Skillset:

Proficiency in Open Dental software (a must.)

Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Deep expertise in four-handed dentistry

Ability to multitask & stay highly organized

Problem-solving mindset & patient-first approach


Location: Hialeah, FL (within Miami-Dade County)

Full-time 40 hours per week No weekends.


Education & Experience:

5+ years of dental assisting experience

Completion of Expanded Duties Dental Assisting Program

Completion of Restorative Function for Dental Assistants

Experience assisting Oral Surgeons, Endodontists, & Periodontists

Background in smile design procedures

Knowledge of CBCT Scanner operations
