Job Summary: Highly skilled Lead Delphi Developer to technically lead the migration of legacy Delphi 7 system, currently deployed as DLLs on Windows Server, to Delphi 12, which will be containerized and deployed on Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the migration of Delphi 7 applications to Delphi 12.

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Delphi 12, ensuring compatibility with Kubernetes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the migration and deployment process.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the migration process.

• Ensure that best practices and industry standards are adhered to throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Over 10 years of Proven experience as a Lead Delphi Developer, with a strong background in Delphi 7 and Delphi 12.

• Experience with containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and deployment as DLLs.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.
