Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support comprehensive technical solutions using full-stack development tools.
- Collaborate with experienced developers specializing in machine learning, distributed microservices, and entire stack systems.
- Leverage programming languages, including Java, Scala, Python, alongside Open Source RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data warehousing services like Redshift and Snowflake.
- Stay updated on tech trends, actively explore new technologies, engage in community initiatives, and mentor your peers.
- Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that enhance user experiences and empower millions of Americans in their financial journeys.
- Conduct unit testing and reviews with team members to ensure high standards of code design, performance, and elegance.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in application development (internship experience not included).
- At least 1 year of experience with big data technologies.
Preferred Qualifications: - Over 5 years of experience in application development, including expertise in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a public cloud environment (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- 3+ years of experience with distributed data/computing tools such as MapReduce, Hadoop, Hive, EMR, Kafka, Spark, Gurobi, or MySQL.
- 2+ years of experience with real-time data and streaming applications.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in NoSQL implementations (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- 2+ years of experience in data warehousing (preferably Redshift or Snowflake).
- 3+ years of experience with UNIX/Linux, including shell scripting and basic commands.
- At least 2 years of experience working within Agile engineering frameworks.

The role is based in Wilmington, DE with a salary range of $144,200 - $164,600 for the position of Lead Data Engineer.
In addition to a competitive salary, this role is eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
