Expleo is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join our client's Creative Business Planning and Transformation Team in Gaydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious automotive brand, supporting data excellence and compliance across a dynamic and innovative Creative organisation.
You'll play a key role in designing, analysing, and maintaining diverse data systems, using cutting-edge tools like PowerApps, Tableau, and Power Automate to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data input methods, automation processes, and visualisation tools across the Creative organisation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement PowerApps and other tools for efficient data capture and management.
Create engaging and insightful data visualisations using Tableau and other platforms.
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and validate assumptions.
Monitor and enhance data quality and consistency across the Creative chapter.
Present findings and reports to stakeholders and decision-makers.
Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions using modern tools and techniques.
What We're Looking For
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Proven experience with Tableau Prep, Tableau, and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint Lists, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
