About The Job:

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our IAM product team, focusing on Workforce authentication solutions. The ideal candidate will drive the development and enhancement of Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and identity services, ranging from custom-built solutions to off-the-shelf tools tailored to stakeholder needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product enhancements, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that meet business demands. Strong analytical skills and a passion for cybersecurity are essential to success in this role.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and enhancement of Workforce authentication solutions, including SSO, MFA, and identity services.
  • Manage a portfolio of products ranging from custom-built solutions to off-the-shelf tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform product development and identify new opportunities.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, working closely with architecture, support, and front-line teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve and optimize solutions.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
  • Requires 3-5 years' experience related to authentication services and identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
  • Desire Bachelor's degree preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security related fields.
  • Requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Requires Daily Office Presence (5 days a week) at one of the listed locations.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) protocol
  • Familiarity with OpenID Connect (OIDC) protocol
  • Familiarity with Open Authorization (OAuth) protocol
  • Familiarity with proxy and reverse proxy implementations
  • Experience tailoring large scale IAM solutions to stakeholder needs
  • Experience partnering with applications to implement SSO and MFA
Job Contribution:
  • Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on AT&T technologies.
Education:
  • Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Technology, Computer Science or Engineering preferred, or Business Analyst nanodegree.
Experience:
  • Typically requires 5-8 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.

Our Lead Cybersecurity, earns between $143,800.00-$215,800.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Salary Range:

$128,400.00 - $215,800.00
