Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs within departments and collaborate on process improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between local teams and the corporate training department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in adult education, corporate training, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in current and innovative training methodologies and tools.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
