Lead Customer Service Representative

Description:

Our CSRs are one of the most valuable staff members at South & Washington County Veterinary Hospital located in Wakefield, Rhode Island. Minutes from the beach and other local favorites, our hospitals remain a prime location to work and build positive relationships.

We are looking for someone to continue to build and lead a strong positive team.
  • CSR's pay close attention to detail of our client's needs and wants, provide clear communication and explanation of all services.
  • Other duties include clerical, scheduling appointments and payment processing and other duties related to veterinary care.
  • Most importantly, we expect our CSR's to make our clients and pets feel welcome and give individual attention to every client and every phone call.
  • Our CSR's are usually expected to have background in veterinary knowledge and continuous learning and education to improve in all areas of position.

Leadership:
  • Train new staff on hospital protocols, PIMS, communication platforms, and customer service skills
  • Monitor the progress of CSR training and directly report to the team manager
  • Monitor any weak spots the team may face and provide feedback to the team manager to formulate plans for improvement
  • Enforce the use of daily task lists to be completed by the CSR team, and ensure each member is responsible and accountable for their assigned roles
  • Set the example for other CSR's to use positive verbiage with clients, de-escalate client conflicts and inter staff issues
FULL TIME

$20-$23 based on experience

Washington County Veterinary Hospital

Monday to Friday 8:00AM-7:00PM

Saturday 8:00AM-2:00PM

South County Veterinary Hospital

Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
