Role Description
The Floral Shop Customer Service Representative will be the most important first impression of our guest experience. This position is the window into our high end customer service expectations which is Tiger Lily's foundation. It is critical that you are an expressive personality that understands the importance od our impeccable first class representation role. A knowledge of floral design, flower shop employee will be a plus to this role.
You are responsible for ensuring high end customer service satisfaction, taking orders, handling customer inquiries, providing support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Must be detail organized, professional,a team player, friendly and courteous. Additionally there will be prep work with heavier vase arrangements to prep for the day for delivery drivers so strength and agility is required.
Qualifications
- Experience with Teleflora's Dove POS system is vital
- Floral design experience is a plus.
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
