Salary: $23.23-25.81 per hour/$46,800-$52,000 annually - commensurate to experience

You'll support our contact center by taking incoming calls from current policyholders, providing essential service and support when they need it.

As a Lead Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing billing inquiries, making policy adjustments, and offering personalized recommendations. Qualifications & Skills:
  • 12+ months of experience in a contact center or customer-facing service role is required.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service through expertise, active listening, and trust-building.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and adaptability to change.
  • Open to constructive feedback to enhance your performance and development.
  • Strong computer and multi-tasking abilities.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Education/Certifications:
  • An associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Active Personal Lines insurance license is preferred.
