Lead Customer Service Agent

Salary: $21.44-23.82 per hour/$43,200-$47,997 annually - commensurate to experience

  • $1,500 sign-on bonus available for individuals with a Personal Lines license; inquire with your recruiter for more details.
  • $1,000 completion incentive after successfully completing training and orientation (approximately 6 months)
  • 10% evening differential for applicable shifts
  • 20% weekend differential for applicable shifts

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 12+ months of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role is required
  • Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service through active listening, showcasing expertise, and building customer trust
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness and eagerness to learn new skills, with a flexible approach to adapting to change
  • Open to feedback to enhance performance and career development
  • Strong computer proficiency and multitasking abilities
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Education/Certifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher (preferred)
  • Active Personal Lines insurance license (preferred)
