ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willing to expand on these abilities
  • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Provide Customers with Product and Service Information
  • Enter customer delivery orders for the delivery request; store closing and cage to be picked up; equipment issues etc.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Process New Customers
  • Prepare New Customer Packets and prepare to be routed for Setting of Cages.
  • Follow Up customer calls when necessary
  • Maintain customer files (electronic and hard copy)
  • Maintain adequate system knowledge (ARS).
Basic Qualifications (Required):
  • 2+ years of customer service or office-based work
  • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Courteous clients contact skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong critical thinking & analytical skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & general computer skills
  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak the English language
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients and internal customers
  • Consistently demonstrates cooperative, team-oriented behavior
