Oversees the day-to-day operations of the CT department at both campuses. Assists with supervisory duties and covers in the supervisor's absence. Coordinates work time/time off with Supervisor. Ensures high quality CT images for use in medical diagnosis. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development of the life span. The ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient's age-specific needs is required.

Five year radiologic technologist experience required. Experience and competent with CT equipment, accurate exam protocol, 3D image reconstruction and quality and safety policies and procedures. Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer service required. Ability to improvise standard procedures required. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, making decisions and directing work and patient flow to achieve maximum operational efficiency required. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills required.Strong human relations and communication skills, required. Strong organizational skills and leadership qualities, required. Skilled in influencing, motivating, and directing others, required. CT Tech II preferred.
License or Certification
ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), Arizona CRT and CTCT. Basic Life Support Certification is required upon hire and must be valid for 90 days or greater from start date. Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) Competency.
