Join a leading company in the Data Center industry as a Lead Critical Engineering Technician. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing critical facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing equipment. You'll lead maintenance operations, mentor junior technicians, and ensure 100% uptime in a high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical systems.
- Lead maintenance operations, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure safety and compliance.
- Create and execute work orders through CMMS and document maintenance activities.
- Monitor and adjust equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with writing Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs).
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in critical environment operations or maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, UPS, electrical, and life safety systems.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, critical environments.
- Available for 12-hour weekend shifts (Thursday-Sunday).
