Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 hourly

Swing shift available (Sun-Thur 4pm-12a / Fri- Sat 7pm-3a)

As a Lead Counter Server, you will assist in overseeing food outlets with energy and enthusiasm. You will demonstrate exceptional guest service skills when selling food and beverage items to guests or team members. Additionally, you will showcase strong leadership skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

What does a Lead counter server do?
  • Provides excellent guest service when selling F&B items to guests and Team Members.
  • Accurately operates cash register and handles payments.
  • Answers guest questions about food items, prices, preparation methods, and availability, while up-selling products.
  • Maintains cleanliness and order in assigned areas.
  • Trains new team members in F&B standards and procedures.
  • Keeps cases filled and restocks essential items for efficiency.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Lead counter server, you'll need:
  • Ability to count money and make correct change.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Promptly rings in orders and settles checks on POS system.
  • Keeps accurate records of products and sales.
  • Previous Food & Beverage experience required.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
