About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dedicated Lead Counsel with significant expertise in M&A transactions to become an integral part of our dynamic legal team. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead and oversee all legal components of global M&A activities, ranging from negotiations and deal structuring to post-closing integration efforts. You will provide invaluable legal counsel and strategically focused advice to senior leadership and diverse cross-functional teams, ensuring all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Your involvement will extend to strategic transactions, including joint ventures and investments, where you'll identify and mitigate potential risks during the due diligence phase. The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of experience, a J.D. from a top-tier law institution, and a robust background in M&A. A self-starter mindset is a must, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while cultivating strong partnerships with internal stakeholders across various locations.

Your qualifications should include being a member in good standing with a state bar, a proven ability to deliver concise and actionable legal advice, and adeptness in managing multiple projects with minimal oversight. Keeping abreast of legal developments and industry trends is crucial, as is your capacity to lead initiatives aimed at enhancing and scaling our M&A processes.
