Description We are looking for an experienced Lead Cook to join our talented culinary team. This position is responsible for line preparation and execution for dinner service and has a regular schedule of Monday-Friday with no late nights or early mornings. Some occasional weekends and holidays required.
Experience and skills we're looking for: At least 2 years of culinary experience with some prior fine dining experience required. Strong culinary skills with an ability to work an a la carte line efficiently and with a high level of quality. Strong understanding of culinary fundamentals including food handling & safety, sanitation, station set up, plating and closing.
