Lead Business Systems Analyst (JD Edwards E1) As a vital member of our team, the Lead Business Systems Analyst will take charge of steering business and technology initiatives focused on deploying JD Edwards EnterpriseOne solutions. This position encompasses responsibilities such as system architecture, project leadership, vendor management, advanced troubleshooting, and driving strategic enhancements.
Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business leaders to pinpoint and seize opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.
- Crafting project charters, defining project scope, and steering implementation efforts.
- Managing relationships with vendors for third-party solutions and system integrations.
- Leading the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conducting root cause analysis to resolve system issues with long-term solutions.
- Overseeing documentation, training, and knowledge transfer related to system changes.
- Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities.
- Managing and prioritizing change requests within ServiceNow, carefully balancing business impact with technical feasibility.
We seek candidates with the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in JD Edwards ERP focused on Finance, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise application implementations and process integration.
- A strong record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to develop business cases and accurately estimate cost and effort for solutions.
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts and championing best practices in business systems support.
What we offer you: The typical salary range is $96,555 - $125,563 annually, based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
This position is also eligible for our Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.
