Lead Business Consultant

Job Location: 555 Maryville University Drive, Ste. 500, St. Louis, MO 63141 (see below note regarding relocation, telecommuting, and travel) Job Duties: Gather and define user requirements, analyze business process models, and translate objectives by utilizing automation technologies to generate reports and technical system requirement specifications for issue resolution and enhancements. Lead efforts to solicit new business requirements and implement business process management (BPM) enhancements. Identify interface points and leverage existing mechanisms to exchange data between systems. Assess existing business reports and projects, perform data and quality analysis, identify existing capabilities and gaps, and propose modifications and enhancements. Create technical user stories and sub-tasks in JIRA. Provide business process management insight throughout project lifecycles to ensure requirements are met. Minimum Requirements: Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a similar field of study. Thirty six (36) months of experience in any of the following occupations: Business Consultant, Business Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Must have experience with SQL, XML, Jira, Confluence, Oracle, and one of the following: ServiceNow, Pega, or Python. Additional Information: Position is project-based on short- and long-term assignments at various unanticipated client sites throughout the U.S., and relocation may be required at the end of each project. Depending on project requirements, telecommuting within the U.S. may be permitted. Domestic travel to client sites may be required up to 10% of the time.
