Title: Lead Business Analyst

Location: Lebanon, NJ
  • Role : Insurance Domain Business Analyst
  • Policy Servicing: Understanding policies, coverage, underwriting and correspondences.
  • Insurance Claims: Familiarity with the claims process, and forms management.
  • Key responsibility:
  • Analysing requirements: Understanding business needs and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Creating requirement documents: Documenting detailed requirements for developers and other stakeholders.
  • Managing changes: Handling modifications to requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Working with other business analyst and development team to accept stories when requirements are met.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum) is a plus.
  • Having insurance domain knowledge is must.
