• Efficiently and safely manage the bar, ensuring all essential supplies and ingredients are always available
• Develop creative cocktail recipes and seasonal menus to delight customers
• Provide prompt and courteous service for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Train, mentor, and assess staff members to uphold excellent customer service standards
• Implement accurate cash handling procedures and maintain cash security throughout each shift Qualifications:
• Must have exceptional customer service abilities
• Demonstrated experience in bartending is required
• Availability must include nights and weekends
