Role Overview As a Senior Backend Engineer at XILO, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining essential backend services using NestJS. Your contributions will directly impact the technical foundation of our products, ensuring they are high-performing, scalable, and reliable. Working closely with the product and engineering teams, you will help create innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance user experiences.
Main Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable and reliable backend services with NestJS.
- Enhance existing services to maximize performance and scalability.
- Implement best practices for microservices architecture, focusing on robust API design.
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for efficient schema design and query performance.
- Utilize NX monorepo tooling to effectively organize and manage our NestJS services.
- Work collaboratively with frontend teams, product management, and QA to deliver seamless solutions.
Qualifications We Seek: - High-level expertise in NestJS and a deep understanding of its frameworks and best practices.
- Extensive experience in managing NX monorepos.
- Proficient in designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
