LEAD AVIATION MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
In-Flight Crew Connections is seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to perform unscheduled maintenance and repairs on corporate aircraft and return it to service in a timely manner. This position would be based in Charlotte, NC conducting lead maintenance technician responsibilities. An ideal candidate is capable of being self-sufficient and has a strong understanding of how to manage work scopes from inception to completion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform all airframe and powerplant repairs and modifications required to meet company and FAA requirements.
- Complete all required maintenance records in an accurate manner to include accurate reporting of times required to accomplish the tasks assigned.
- Must be able to manage project needs off-site and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of aircraft maintenance.
- Must support all company policies and safety programs to include OSHA and EPA regulations.
- Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and blueprints.
- Demonstrate professionalism and deliver satisfaction to the internal/external customers.
- Perform other related duties & responsibilities as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant License is required.
- 5+ years of corporate jet maintenance experience.
- Corridor experience preferred.
- AOG maintenance and repair experience is a plus/preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 145, 135, and 121.
