The Email Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimizing our email marketing campaigns. You'll be responsible for devising impactful strategies, creating compelling content, and leveraging data-driven insights to deliver targeted and personalized email campaigns that resonate with our audience and contribute to business growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with overarching marketing goals, including segmentation, targeting, and lifecycle management.

Campaign Management: Plan, create, and optimize various email campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, product/category/service awareness, and automated workflows. Manage end-to-end campaign deployment and performance tracking.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to craft engaging and persuasive email content, subject lines, and visuals that align with brand standards and resonate with the audience.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and utilize data insights to refine strategies to improve leading/lagging KPIs for each campaign (i.e. improve open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness)

Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on different campaign elements (subject lines, CTAs, content, etc.) to optimize performance. Implement continuous improvements based on test results and industry best practices.

Compliance and Deliverability: Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintain high deliverability rates by managing sender reputation, list hygiene, and email authentication protocols.

Technology Management: Manage relationships with email service providers (ESPs) and other marketing technology platforms, exploring new tools and features to enhance campaign performance. Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and platforms that align with business goals.

Team Development: Mentor and lead the growing email marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop additional team members as needed.

  • To meet deadlines and objectives as agreed and typically described in quarterly reviews or project planning / tracking
  • To handle ongoing projects and day-to-day demands that are not identified in formal monthly objectives in a timely and accurate manner
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of Email Platforms preferred; Hubspot, Klaviyo, Salesforce, etc
  • Understanding of various attribution methods; first touch, last touch, multitouch
    Cursory knowledge and experience in Martech landscape
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace and ability to tell a comprehensive story using data
QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in email marketing with hands-on experience with building, executing, optimizing, testing email campaigns.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.

Innovation: Proven ability to identify and implement new platforms, features, and technologies for marketing growth.

Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree Required, Masters Degree Preferred

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
  • Introductory - Will be written approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether an employee has sufficiently met and performed the job requirements, and will indicate whether employment will continue.
  • Quarterly Reviews - A quarterly written assessment will be issued which briefly describes the individual's performance in this position.
  • Annual Review - A more detailed review of the overall performance in this position, where the employee is rated and typically compensated in accordance with that rate.

Qualifications:
  • Must work quickly, productively and safely without error and consistently meet the production goals as set by the Foreman, Superintendent or Project Manager.
  • Prepare the layout of the project.
  • Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions.
  • Select materials.
  • Work with blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
  • Work with materials such as wood, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall.
  • Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to repair and erect structures.
  • Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.
  • Work on top of stilts, ladders, and the top beams of buildings.
  • Check work along the way to ensure it's up to code and specifications.
  • Must be willing to travel to any and all job sites without exception
  • Must comply with all company safety and personnel policies.
  • Must be able to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, lift overhead, work at heights, walk/work in rough terrain in order to access equipment, tools, materials, and jobsite in order to complete work.
  • Must be able to work the hours necessary in order to achieve the goals of the company.
  • Install cabinets and molding.
  • Create structures for pouring concrete.
  • Erect scaffolding.
  • Build tunnel bracing.
  • Build concrete forms for tunnel or sewer construction project.
  • Replace panes of glass, ceiling tiles, and doors.
  • Install partitions, doors, and windows.
  • Move and install machinery.
