A leading financial services company, is seeking a Lead Application Support
Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role requires expertise in distribute application
support and a wide range of technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Must-Haves:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. Minimum 4 years of related experience, with at least 4 years in Distributed Application
Support
3. Strong experience in Java/J2EE, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and NodeJS platforms
4. Hands-on experience with Unix, Linux, Windows, and SQL/PLSQL
5. Proficiency in working with relational databases (DB2, Oracle, Snowflake)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS services, Azure, RDS Aurora, Postgres)
2. Familiarity with Container platforms and Red Hat OpenShift
3. Knowledge of monitoring and data tools (Splunk, HiPam, DynaTrace, IBM Zolda)
4. Experience with middleware (Tomcat, WebSphere) and messaging queue system-solving skills, the ability to think creatively, and
excel in a collaborative environment
Compensation: $115,000 per year
