Job Summary:

Interfaces with clients at all organizational levels to plan, develop, evaluate, assess or modify applications in support of various business units. Transforms or translate business requirements into technical specifications, takes business requirements and delivers and/or directs execution of technical work to yield productive products for business client end-users.

Essential Functions:

• Strong technical experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) - CyberArk, SailPoint including understanding their capabilities and limitations and being able to architect and deliver solutions

• Centralize identity and access governance in support of business, security, and regulatory requirement

• Develop processes and automation to support account management activities, such as provisioning, de-provisioning, security alerts, logging, access certification, onboarding, and bulk account attribute configuration

• Manage Authentication product and develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities and processes

• Leverage functionality provided by enterprise directory services including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP, MFA, SSO, etc.

• Expertise and interest in staying current around new Identity and Access Management solutions

• Strong understanding of Active Directory

• Facilitate / lead discussions (technical and executive) to understand business / technical requirements that result in decision making and drive decisions / alignment around deliverables.

• Deliver the hands-on solutions for the client in conjunction with on and offshore teams

• Architectural expertise around Identity and Access Management security solutions

• Has a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, emerging trends, and related technologies

• Creates and presents solution designs, options, ideas, and innovations

• Establishes project estimates and plans, identifies risks and mitigations, oversees development and delivery of technical solutions

• Able to articulate pros & cons of design/architecture decision across a wide spectrum of factors

• Obtain baseline certifications, partner specializations, and advanced level industry-standard certifications within management-specified technology as well as utilize partner configuration tools; maintain and continually advance certifications

• Maintain and enhance product and solution knowledge as a subject matter expert in defined, targeted fields

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, new solutions, and competitive landscape

Basic Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, MIS, or related discipline from an accredited college or university required. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:

Requires a minimum of ten (10) years' IT experience.

• 5+ years of relevant Engineering experience in SailPoint setup and administration preferred.

• 5+ years of relevant CyberArk/Privileged Access Management setup and administration preferred.
