Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective mid-2025, our client will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced IT Application Analyst with technical experience for their Global IT Manufacturing & Quality Systems team. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to administer, create, deliver, and adopt software solutions in SAP Manufacturing & Quality. Responsibilities include end-to-end project management with strong development and integration experience. This role requires an understanding of design, development and implementation systems, solutions and tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as a liaison between Information Technology (IT) and business leadership teams.
- Collects, analyzes, reviews, documents, and communicates business needs and requirements.
- Ensures that the design and implementation of IT solutions lead to the development and growth of the business through the effective use of technology.
- Integrally involved in the "buy vs. build" decision-making process.
- Partners proactively in understanding business processes, key drivers and measures of success, and the short and long-term direction of the business and technology.
- Identifies, proposes, and influences business solutions, and negotiates deliverables and requirements across multiple business customers or organizations.
- Develops and improves business processes at all times, assisting with the development of metrics, both within the technology and business organizations.
- Serves in an individual contributor leadership role in the business unit(s) and within the IT organization.
- Manages and balances the needs of diverse business customers and within IT organization.
- May supervise the project work of application analysts and consultants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is required with 8+ years of related IT experience.
- Demonstrated experience in IT system development and integration. Preferred development skills include: Java, HTML5, SAP ABAP (Object-oriented programming), SAP Portal, and SAP FIORI.
- Experience building solutions within SAP Idea to MM, QM, IM and WM work streams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies to align with business priorities, break down work into Minimum Viable Products (MVP), and iterate quickly on product changes.
- Thorough understanding of structured analysis, design, programming techniques, and change management.
- Expert skills in analyzing business problems, objectives/requirements and translating them into an application solution.
- Works effectively on project teams as a leader or as a participant. Proven track record of successful, large-scale implementation projects from a leadership and development perspective.
- Readily picks up and applies new business concepts, new application systems, and new technology, to all job activities and specific project assignments.
- Communicates effectively, both oral and written, with internal customers, other Information Technology Associates, 3rd party vendors, and IT senior leadership. Prepares and delivers effective and well-organized presentations.
Additional Information
Our client believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $100,000 USD - $143,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
