Your Responsibilities: - Create high-quality Android client code solutions that align with Product Strategy and uphold established engineering principles and design guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with Software Engineers, UX/UI designers, Quality Engineers, and Product Owners/Analysts to deliver engaging and purpose-driven customer experiences.
- Engage actively in all agile ceremonies, ensuring that team commitments are met with exceptional quality and on schedule.
- Act as a champion for the mobile platform within both internal and external developer communities.
- Commit to continuous learning in all aspects of mobile development, including technologies such as Kotlin and Swift.
- Contribute to group discussions, integrating feedback and communication from the broader engineering community.
- Mentor and support junior to mid-level team members in their professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline developers beyond your immediate team, encompassing Android, iOS, APIs, and Web technologies.
- Lead the delivery of important components and platform requirements in partnership with Senior Engineers and Architects.
- Share best practices consistently and work on improving processes across and within sprint teams.
- Proactively identify technical challenges and collaborate with your team to develop innovative solutions.
- Review pull requests, ensuring adherence to Kotlin and other programming language standards.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum of 3 years professional software engineering experience (internship experience not included).
- At least 2 years of experience in building Android applications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Kotlin.
Preferred Qualifications: - Over 3 years of experience in building Android applications.
- 3+ years of experience with Kotlin.
- 1+ years of experience using open source frameworks.
- 1+ years of experience with Agile practices.

The competitive salary range for this position varies by location, with Chicago, IL: $144,200 - $164,600; McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000; New York, NY: $173,000 - $197,400; Richmond, VA: $144,200 - $164,600. Actual salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
This position also offers the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
