Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. This role requires strong time management skills and proficiency in various office software.

Duties
  • Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Support the team with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, especially in a medical receptionist capacity if applicable.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
