A Treatment Center is seeking an LCSW for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Worcester County, Massachusetts.
The position requires 40 hours of in-person clinical work per week, either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, with each session comprising a 50-minute visit and 10 minutes for charting. The role is for a therapist, ideally someone with an LICSW or dual licensure such as LADC-1 and LMHC. Responsibilities include providing individual and group therapy, conducting bio-psychosocial assessments, and maintaining clinical documentation, with a typical caseload of fewer than 10 patients. The provider will work as part of a clinical care team and must be prepared to offer trauma-informed care within their scope, though no psychological testing is required. The adult patient population is served using the Kipu EHR system. Support staff includes group facilitators, and scheduling is managed in-house, with further details available from the Clinical Director. Emergency support is available via the Executive Director and an onsite comprehensive team.
