Who wants to get to work?We're looking for a lawyer to join our team.Job ResponsibilitiesOwning your cases with help and guidanceThinking ahead and preparing in advanceCommunicating often and effectively with clientsConduct research and write pleadings, briefs, and motionsArgue hearings and conduct depositionsHandling all phases of discoveryNegotiating settlements, informally or in mediationSupporting and collaborating with fellow attorneysWorking closely with and providing leadership to paralegals and other administrative staff who support youQualificationsFlorida Bar member with 3+ years of experience, including active litigation workBackground in litigation, including motions, depositions, and mediations3+ years handling Property Insurance cases, on either plaintiff or defense sideStrong communication and interpersonal skills; you'll speak with clients and opposing counsel oftenAble to manage a full caseload independently and stay organizedFamiliar with Microsoft Office and legal research tools like WestlawYou're professional, respectful, and comfortable with collegial relationships-even across the aisleTrial experience is a plus, but not requiredYou're competitive, driven to win, and committed to constant improvementYou want to help build and grow a great law firmWhat we offer:401(k) with matching.Health Insurance.Flexible vacation policy.Openness to hybrid work.Frequent, straightforward bonuses tied directly to performance.BONUSES: Regarding the minimum and maximum pay listed on this posting; job boards require we put minimum and maximums.
