What It's Like to Be a Lawn Treatment Service Manager As our Full-Time Lawn Treatment Service Manager, you'll lead a team of lawn care technicians in delivering top-tier treatment services including fertilization, weed control, tree and shrub care, aeration, and fungicide applications.
You'll:
- Coach and train lawn specialists to perform treatments with precision and safety
- Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations
- Conduct interviews, select top talent, and create a positive work environment
- Maintain high standards in efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Oversee treatment equipment use, maintenance, and repair
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on making things grow-both lawns and people
Requirements:
- High School Graduate
- Three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care treatments such as lawn fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control treatments, fungicide treatments, pest control applications.
- 3+ years of supervisory management experience required
- Certificates licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law
- Valid permanent driver's license from state of residence and a clean driving record per company standards are required.
- Current liability auto insurance required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid DOT medical card. Must be 21 years of age by date of hire.
- Experience with repair and maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
- Proficient with Google sheets or similar software.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
