• Manage day-to-day operations of the law office and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with legal regulations.
• Coordinate with attorneys to schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings, and assist with case management as needed.
• Handle financial responsibilities such as billing, invoicing, and payment collection to ensure the financial health of the office.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
• Prepare mail packets to courts, county offices and state offices. Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in office administration.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with legal office procedures and terminology. Compensation: $20 - $26 hourly
