Job Opportunity: Law Firm Administrator

Are you an experienced professional with a knack for managing office operations and leading legal support teams? LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a dynamic Law Firm Administrator to join our client s team full-time onsite in downtown Pittsburgh.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and provide guidance to non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to firm procedures and information systems.
  • Recruitment & HR: Assist in hiring new employees, conduct performance evaluations, and manage disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, equipment management, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Prepare budgets, manage billing and financial statements, and liaise with external accountants for audits and tax preparations.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce operational and HR policies to ensure high-quality services.


Skills & Abilities:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in office management practices, including accounting procedures and information systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of records.


Education & Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of management experience, with at least two years in a busy US law firm.


Compensation:
  • Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $115,000, depending on experience.
