FULL-TIME LAW ENFORCEMENT INSTRUCTOR for High School Program
Job Summary: Full-time Law Enforcement Instructor needed for the school year.
Qualifications: Must have a valid teaching licensure or qualify for provisional CTE endorsement.
- A minimum of 2000 hours of work experience in Law Enforcement is required.
- Bachelor's degree in content area required or preferred Master's in other area plus 18 graduate credits in the discipline
Working Conditions: Located at Wilco Area Career Center, 500 Wilco Blvd., Romeoville, IL 60446 Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.
Salary: Contract under Negotiation. Beginning $45,000 to $60,000 based on education and work experience
FULL-TIME CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTOR for High School Program
Job Summary: Classroom instruction and practical application instruction of International of Carpenters; Curriculum
Qualifications: 2000 work hours in the construction field, prefer experience in building residential homes
Working Conditions: Classroom and hands-on/projects, M - F, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.
Salary: Contract under Negotiation. Beginning $45,000 to $60,000 based on education and work experience
PART-TIME HIGH SCHOOL EMS INSTRUCTOR (90 work days & should be on GOLD or BLACK EMS shift)
Job Summary: Class taught in 3 sessions per day (M - F) from 7:30 am - 3:00 pm.
Qualifications:
- Current EMT Paramedic licensure
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the fire/EMS field
- Current experience in EMS
- Current BLS CPR Instructor card
- Associates degree required for dual credit certification but Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must obtain IL teaching credential for secondary education
Working Conditions: Monday - Friday school year schedule.
