Laptop Refresh Technician

Our client is seeking to hire a laptop refresh technician. Candidates with experience in hardware refresh projects or system migrations are encouraged to apply. Any candidates with relevant and recent IT experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy hardware and ensure devices are properly connected to the network.
Troubleshoot Level I issues in real-time.
Understand intake processes related to IT Service Management (ITSM).
Collaborate effectively with team members while also being able to work independently.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
